Malignant melanoma incidence rates in Britain have more than quadrupled over the last 30 years

This is largely due to lack of public awareness.

I was diagnosed with melanoma skin cancer in January, after 2 major operations I am now cancer free but so many others are not as fortunate.

I hope to raise money as well as awareness to try to prevent any others having to go through such a horrible experience.

In October this year I plan to run the Glasgow half marathon alongside friends and family who have supported me so much especially through this hard time.
