Update: Capesthorn Hall Trialthlon 2011: I have now completed the 2nd of my Triathlons in a time of 1hr 46mins. This was a longer course than the original and was a bit more of a challenge. 

 

SWIM: 750m
BIKE: 26km
RUN: 5km

 

I am very pleased to have completed it and also very pleased with my time. Almost reached my target too! 78% so far! With your help I will make it to the £1000!

I have already raised 72% of my target with my first event - Tatton Park Triathlon. I completed this in 1hr 31 mins 05 secs and was very pleased with myself, although very tired! A massive Thank You to all those that have already sponsored me! 

 

I am still short of the overall target and so have entered another triathlon on the 2nd October at Capesthorne Hall in Cheshire.
