Tonight I'll be settling down for the night in a cardboard box in central Ealing, with a forecast of rain and temperatures dropping below zero.

For me, this is just for one night a year but sadly for others this is their nightly existance. In London there has been a 43% rise in recorded rough sleeping over the past year.
