We are fighting to make a world where diabetes does no harm

Story

I'm running the Great North Run to raise money for Diabetes UK because there are currently 3.8 million people in the UK with diabetes, including my sister, and they do great work by providing support, care, and research into treatments, cures and prevention.

After an early injury due to excessive training (it's the first time I've done something like this), I'm back on the road and I'm training hard. It'd be absolutely smashing if you could donate whatever you can to Diabetes UK.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
