This will be Great North Run number 4 for me. They have been spread out over the last 10 years, and I'll probably make this my last, although I keep saying that every time!

Diabetes UK is this years chosen charity and any money you can spare for this most worthwhile of causes is much appreciated by myself, the charity, and the people who benefit from their great work.
