First of all appologies for not sorting out my sponsorship form sooner.

The charity that I am fundraising for is dear to my heart. One of my Sons and my Daughter have Crohn's disease. Both have had numerous operations in an effort to delay the symptoms of this incurable disease.

I am also running the Great North Run as a personal challenge (having completed my last GNR about 15 years ago!) My Son is also running in the event and hopefully between us we can add a sizeable sum to the charities coffers through sponsorship.
