I'm reaching out for HELEN POTE and for others whom have lost their fight against cancer.

Helen was a close friend of ours and many others who sadly died at the age of 43 of breast cancer.

I would like to reach out to those people who would like to give to a good cause who have not already contributed to #TEAMHELEN, a team of over 200 people,  taking part in the Warwickshire Sprint Triathlon this weekend Sunday 27th Sep 15. You are more than welcome to join us along with her three very young children, family and friends.

The monies raised will go towards CANCER RESEARCH.

Helen was a very kind, considerate, funny person whom loved life, her family and friends and was very passionate about everything she did. She wore her heart on her sleeve and had the strongest will amongst any person I have ever met, straight as a die, saying it as it is.

Helen took part in the Warwickshire Sprint Triathlon May 2013 (in Stratford-upon-Avon), whilst very ill and already terminally diagnosed, with a smaller team of 11 team mates. This year her team has grown considerably after she has inspired so many people with her life story, her guts and determination to complete something she set out to do and for many of us to take part in one and the same event, to raise monies to help rid the disease that took her and left her family behind. I know, many of you, like I, have lost family and friends over the years with the same disease, so hopefully this will inspire you to donate to this cause.
