Hello Friends and Family,
 
I am going to walk from Cassiobury park to Hemel Hempstead and back along the Grand Union Canal On Saturday 21st. This is 20 miles in total and will hopefully take about 7 hours. I will be doing this to raise money for The Guild of Our Lady of Good Counsel who are a Catholic Pro-life organisation who support The Good Counsel
