I'm back to raise more money for GOSH! You know it's a great cause, I don't need to tell you why. On July 27th 2019 in return for your generosity I'm going to step up to olympic distance. The last two years, my only tris so far, have been Sprint, a challenge for sure, but this year I'm doubling down! 1500m swim, 40km bike and 10km run! 

Previously you've been awesome with your donations and both years you smashed the £450.00 target! Hopefully this year we can do the same!
