We support disadvantaged 11-30 year olds to get their lives on track.

Story

Last year the amazing Joey Twelvetrees cycled from one end of England to the other, I'm now planning to pick up the baton and take it to our most northernly store in Inverness.

I had last year promised to cycle to some of my own stores, however my bike was stolen and therefore my momentum died with it.

In memory of pink lightning and the fact that I have been sponsored almost £350 I figured I should probably do something to warrant all the fabulous generosity of many of you.

I have a new trusted steed ' the banana' - pics to follow and aim to completed the run from Newcastle to Inverness in 3 (maybe 4  - I haven't ridden a bike in almost a year) days.

Last year I had the pleasure of witnessing the Princes Trust awards in Edinburgh, the inspiring stories and efforts from the amazing young people and the staff of the Princes Trust have motivated me to do something to help support their amazing efforts.

There are still currently 843'000 young people in the UK who are not in jobs, education or training. They may be homeless, battling mental health problems, have become caught up in the criminal justice system or lost hope for the future after a long stretch of unemployment. The Prince's trust remains committed to supporting these young people who are in danger of being left behind while the rest of the U.K. recovers from the economic downturn (this is debatable, but it's in the blurb- in reference to the economic recovery) WE NEED YOUR HELP TO REACH MILLIONS OF YOUNG PEOPLE.
