As many of you know, my brother Matthew suffered a heart attack almost two years ago now.  Thankfully he is now back to strength and continues to enjoy an active life, but I know none of this would have been possible without the support of the brilliant staff at City Hospital and the British Heart Foundation.

I have made it my mission to get fit and to support the British Heart Foundation whenever possible.  So please give whatever you can and wish me luck for the marathon on May 22nd!
