I have somehow been persuaded to throw myself off a building to raise money for charity. If you know me well you'll know I haven't agreed lightly, I am terrified of heights. But if you know me well you'll also know how much I admire the the work of the RNLI. Their volunteers face fear and danger all the time and the charity relies entirely on donations to save lives at sea.

By sponsoring me to face my fears you'll also be helping the RNLI to carry on saving lives on our coastline all year round.
