In June this year i will be walking the 3 peaks with my work colleagues raising money for Mind - The Mental Health Charity. We are doing this in a show of admiration and support to anyone that suffers and manages with any form of mental illness as most people do suffer with this in silence.

Nobody should face a mental health problem alone, Mind is an amazing charity that needs our help so they can be there - on the end of the phone, in local communities and campaigning hard for better services and support
