We fund bone cancer research & grant wishes to seriously ill people #makingmemories

Story

I've followed Hannah's story on Facebook like thousands of others. She was incredibly brave and inspirational in so many ways. The good work she put in place simply must continue.

This challenge popped up just at the right time. I filled out the forms in a moment of madness. My confidence with my riding has slowly and surely slipped away from me. I have got to the point where I have barely left the yard in the last four years.  I fell off and broke my back in June and could easily have packed it all in and no one would of blamed me. I realise that this fear is nothing compared to the fear you face every day if you have a cancer diagnosis, it put things into perspective for me.  Although I am terrified by this challenge. I have never jumped I haven't cantered,  intentionally, for the last four years, I'm terribly unfit and hatefully menopausal, I will give this my best shot. My beautful big grumpy cob deserves this, he's world has become very small and he's so patient and forgiving.  And if people want to sponsor me and have a good laugh at all the mischief me and Guin are about to get up to, fantastic.......... Let the challenge begin.........
