Hi All!!
Im going to be doing a Charity abseil down the 170ft Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth on 11th of September. I am supporting My companies own charitable foundation, raising money for the Lighthouse Foundation children’s home in Nepal and the ongoing efforts to repair and build following their devastating earthquake last year. To give you an idea of where your money can help:
£5 provides a basic uniform, school book and stationery for a child to go to school
£15 per month pays for the medical costs of a girl rescued from a life of prostitution and trafficking in Nepal
I know you all get asked for sponsorship all the time but i would really appreciate anything you can do to help!! 
Ive never doen anything like this before so am really scared so please dig deep!!
