Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. On 28th June I will be walking a 'tough level' 26 mile trek, starting at Stonehenge, crossing Salisbury Plain, finishing in Avebury. I will be fundraising for Dementia U.K because 2 years ago, my father was diagnosed with Vascular Dementia. This worthy charity aims to improve the quality of life for all people affected by Dementia. They provide Admiral Nurses,  specialising in mental health and Dementia care. In the UK there is currently a 1 in 7000 chance of gaining access to the Admiral Nurse service. 

I would like to help raise awareness of the Admiral Nurse Service, as there are currently none available within my parent's location in the country. I feel my parents would benefit greatly from any help, advice and support they can get in the coming years, as do all families facing the devastating effects of Dementia and Alzheimers.
