This weekend (Sunday 13 May) I am taking part in a SuperHero fun run in support of Build Africa, a charity that works exclusively in rural areas of Uganda and Kenya to offer children and their family long-term solutions to poverty. 

I am running 5k alongside colleagues from work dressed in a SuperHero costume, the decision between a bat girl or super woman suit is still to be decided :)
