I am excited to get fit and run my 10k in order to raise funds for Parkinson's UK, after watching my grandad suffer from the disease for many years.  Parkinson's UK are putting lots of effort into finding a cure for this disease and help to improve the lives of those suffering.

 

Training has commenced... but I have to say there is a long way to go yet!
