In under 2 weeks now, 5 of us from TVI Design will be running the BUPA London 10k to help raise money for Barnardos.

We aren't the most 'athletic' of offices, so for at least three of us, this will probably be the most difficult thing we attempt all year (and for me personally, probably all decade!) but we've made the pledge to each raise at least £275 and get around the 10k somehow.

This is where you come in, as we are a late entrant to the race, we have just 2 weeks ro raise as much money as we can - every penny makes a difference.

Just Giving can collect gift aid on your donations too, so Barnardos get even more money without us running an extra step!

It's all appreciated, and in exchange, we'll try and survive to get a group photo at the end of the run (the ones looking bright-eyed and bushy-tailed will be Pat and Mark, who will have an hour or so to recover whilst waiting for me to finish)
