Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
We did the forth bridge crossing yesterday, in 2hrs and 45 mins.
Just to update everybody - we've been training hard, getting sore hands and stiff muscles the next day, ready for the main event on Saturday morning. Hopefully the weather will be kind to us and the sun will be shinning!!!
Even if you can't manage the crossing, please please come and give us a good send off at 9.30 in the car park behind the bridge comtrol building.
Thank you to those who have already donated and the rest of you, please get a move on and donate now.

I have struggled with mobility due to CMT which affects my legs and feet. Last year, due to muscle weakness, I fell getting out of a car and fractured my left femur. Despite two operations and plates and pins, the bone failed to heal. In a third recent operation the plates and the damaged bone were removed and replaced with a steel "bone". So far all seems good, but I'm still having to use a wheelchair.
This has given me the idea, to raise some funds for CMTUK, by going across the Forth Road Bridge (which is approx one and a half miles each way) in my wheel chair.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to CMTUK. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity. Please don't forget GiftAid if you're elligible.
So please dig deep and donate generously.
Thank You
