Along with over 400 other cyclists, it is my aim to ride 100 miles in the 'Manchester 100' bike ride on the 1st September 2013 (http://www.bike-events.co.uk/Ride.aspx?id=374) and raise at least £120 for 'Joining Jack' and for 'The Christie' charitable fund.

The Christie is well established as one of Europe’s leading cancer centres, whereas Joining Jack is a new charity set up to raise awareness of Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and to fund research to find a cure. In simple terms, DMD kills young people and there is no treatment.

So please dig deep and donate now.
