On Sunday 13th September Kate and I will be getting up early to join thousands of other people taking part in the 10th Palace to Palace bike ride from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle.  We'll be raising money for the Prince's Trust a charity involved in getting young people back into education, work and training.
