 Jack & I are going to be freezing our ....s off in the sea at Felixstowe at 10am on Xmas Day morning. Yes I know we're quite mad, but it's for a very good cause - ST ELIZABETH HOSPICE, which we hope you will support.

The Hospice in Ipswich is an independent charity providing services free of charge. Their services cost £6.6 million a year to run and they rely heavily on the support of the local community.
