Story

Can you spare a £1 donation for an 80+ mile charity walk that I am going to complete over Easter ?

Fibromyalgia is a medical disorder characterized by chronic widespread pain throughout the body and is more common than rheumatoid arthritis and can be even more painful.

My friend Rebecca suffers from this condition and she is part of the group of 9 aiming to complete the 80+ miles from Kings Lynn to Yarmouth walking and camping along the coast over 4 days at Easter. We are all there to support Rebecca in this tough challenge.

We aim to raise funds for more research and to also raise awareness, and your kind assistance would be much appreciated, thank you :-)

PPS. we are working closely with the Fibromyalgia Association UK:

“Fibromyalgia Association UK applauds the efforts of people like Rebecca, who despite their pain and fatigue and numerous other symptoms that are fibromyalgia, continue to raise awareness and funds.  It is through the dedication of people like her and her team that we can give support and  lobby for better diagnosis and treatment for the tens of thousands who are often misunderstood and have to cope with their symptoms every day.”
