As you may well know, I have been a lifelong metal fan and have been known to do various runs, triathlons and bike rides for charity. Heavy Metal Truants is an organization that combines all these things, and I will be taking part for the second year in a row.

So beginning on the 8th June, I'll be riding 161 miles northward from London to Donington Download Festival to raise money for Nordoff Robbins, Teenage Cancer Trust, and Childline!
