Story
Hello lovely people,
My name is Jade Abbott, Im 20 years old and currently work as a Veterinary Receptionist. This year I decided to do something worthwhile and make my mark on the world. Climbing Mount Kilimanjaro will be one of the most difficult and rewarding things I will ever get the chance to do and I hope to make a difference whilst doing it. I am raising money for Luke Gamble's amazing charity, WVS based in the UK whos work I admire greatly.
In 2012, the worldwide Veterinary Services sent 600 parcels, deployed 63 teams and treated 15,593 animals to animal charities all over the world. The WVS not only treat animals in sanctuaries but offer vet help to the local people and educate communities how to care for their own livestock and animals to create a better quality of life for all those involved.
WVS is an amazing charity and the work they and their volunteers do is inspiring and thats why I have committed myself to help them as much as I can. In February 2014, I will be climbing Mt Kilimanjaro, Africa's biggest mountain (5896m) in aid of WVS and fundraising vital donations to aid their brilliant work.
You don't have to climb a mountain to make a difference, please donate today and help animals and communities all over the world.
The Journey to the summit begins now
Thank you x
