Hello myself and 40 other staff from Charlton Athletic community trust will be cycling 145 miles from London to Amsterdam to raise money and awerness for prostate cancer.  Prostate cancer kills 1 man every 45 minutes - that's two men during a football match - but it doesn't have to be this way with your help and support we can have a massive impact with the money being raised can go towards treatment and research to help cure prostate cancer!
