We provide emotional and practical support to families with a seriously ill child.

Story

So I pretty much hate most forms of physical exercise. Apart from the TV classic The Indoor League. (Google it).

But I have stupidly agreed to walk 50km for a very worthy cause and have now got to raise £200 in less than 2 weeks. Please help me.

Rainbow Trust Children's Charity supports families who have a child with a serious or life-threatening illness. Rainbow Trust pairs each family with an expert Family Support Worker who enables them to make the most of time together, giving them practical and emotional support.
