I am taking part in the 45 mile Palace to Palace bike ride with my work Charity Team on the 13th September to raise money for The Prince's Trust.

Around 1 in 5 young people in the UK are not in work or education, the Prince's Trust supports these young people and helps to combat challenges and develop their opportunieis.
