I am running the New York City Marathon on the 1st November 2009, my birthday!! - i must be mad!! It'll be my last marathon, so thought i'd do it properly (training, etc) as i'm aiming for a time of 4hrs or under (under would be great!!).

I know that times are tough at the moment so whatever you can afford will be gratefully received!!

I have completed the marathon!!! i finished in 4hrs 23mins, not quite reaching my target of less than 4hrs, but a respectable time nonetheless.
