In opening this account, I must first commend Dianes' daughter, Chloe, for launching her £10,000  "Decade of Hope Appeal" for Cancer Research UK...However, sadly, I am unable to donate to that appeal because, after nigh on ten years of campaigning, CRUK still persist, in my opinion,in exploting female participants of Race for Life, many of whom could be afflicted, or die from cancer - yet Cancer Research UK deny their male relatives the opportunity to participate in similar 5 or 10K (male) Race for Life events - "despite three recent e-mails and a Recorded Delivery letter being sent to Cancer Research UK...
