Story

My Name is Jack Summerfield, I am 45 years old and prior to last year I had never done any running in my life.

In June 2011 I started to train for the Great North Run, which i completed in September in a time of 2hrs 38mins. Following that I did a few more runs, my last being 6th November 2011. So the next logical step is to run 2012km...isn't it? 2012km is an average of running 5.51 per day or just short of a Marathon a week.

As Master of Corbie Lodge I want to raise money as part of our Provincial 2013 festival appeal for the Royal Masonic Benevolent Institution. The RMBI has been caring for older Freemasons and their dependants for over 160 years. Please visit their website on the link below:
