I am fundraising for Tommy's as part of Team Bea in honour of Georgia and Dom's first child, Beatrice Emilia Bunning.

After a dream pregnancy and labour, Bea was born with no heart beat, and after putting up an amazing fight was unable to make it through the night. I never imagined something like this could happen to my brave, kind, funny friend, especially after she sailed through her pregnancy.

Bea's parents, Georgia and Dom, remain heartbroken by the loss of their baby girl but are determined to pay tribute to Bea and keep her memory alive by supporting Tommy's, the baby charity.

15 babies die in the UK every single day through either miscarriage, stillbirth or neonatal death. Devastatingly, in the majority of cases no reason is found for the loss which makes it even harder for grieving families to understand. Tommy's exists to save babies' lives and funds vital research into the causes and preventions of pregnancy complications. It is my sincere hope that this research will mean that in the future, no parents will have to suffer the ordeal Bea's parents have been through.
