Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am part of the core cycle team that is cycling 500 miles in 5 days - with the remaining 500 being completed by the residents, friends, and families of Inspired Villages.

Our goal is to raise £20,000 for the Mental Wellbeing Charity - Mind - who addresses the importance of Mental Wellbeing and have been doing a fantastic job to help us all.

Previously, I was a triathlete, Ironman and a cyclist, due to the severity of occurring injuries I was forced to stop all physical activities, which had an effect on my mental wellbeing. I believe that eating well and being physically and mentally healthy and strong is a necessity and not an optional lifestyle choice.

Am I ready?

Absolutely not, (I would need a year of training minimum) but I look forward to challenging myself for this great cause and head right back into training and being part of this epic ride with the rest of my incredible colleagues, partners, residents, and suppliers we work with on a daily basis.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Thank you

Bernadette
