I am attempting to kill myself trying this running lark to raise lots of moolah for Raise the Roof Kenya!  I don't even run for the bus so this should be fun!

Raise the Roof’ Kenya’s mission is  to build sustainable lives for people living in extreme poverty in Kenya. Alongside this we aim for RTRK to be enjoyed by all in the process, being great fun, and a project that everyone wants to be involved with, and maintaing a personal touch.

We dont just want to be another cause trying to take your pennies. We would love for our supporters to play a role within ‘Raise the Roof Kenya’ that suits them and to support in ways that work for them. Whether it be  organising an event to baking cakes, to sponsoring a child, to climbing Mount Kenya, joining our rugby team or donating a bra. We know that every individual has a different situation, and know how hard it can be to make time to attend events or to donate money when funds are already limited, which is why you can choose how you get involved.

The ‘Raise the Roof’ team will organise fun and varied events throughout the year, and use the funds raised to support children and families in Kenya, currently contributing to our Think BIG foundation, a home, trade school and community centre for the forgotten ‘big kids’ of Nakuru, Kenya.

Please dig deep, give lots and most of all point and laugh at the ridiculousness that is me trying to run!
