Our friend Paul was diagnosed with a condition called Polycythaemia Vera in 2013, which is one of group of rare blood cancers called myeloproliferative disorders/neoplasms.

We are joining with Paul and his wife Lara to raise money for MPD Voice by giving up alcohol for the whole month of January, starting at 9.00am 1 January 2015.
 

There is no cure for these illnesses, but new treatments are being developed and MPD Voice are leading the way in funding research into these new treatments and hopefully one day a cure.
