As I said, next up is Snowdon Rocks, and this time my eldest daughter, Erin is joining in - she's a little nervous but wants to do her bit so if anyone fancies sponsoring her through me any money we raise between now and then will be classed as Erins contribution

well London 2 Brighton is now over and I'm gutted that I didn't complete - gave it my best shot but only managed 57km. Next up is Snowdon Rocks 8 in June am now back in training as I do fancy another crack at 100 km this year

In May I'm having a go at the London 2 Brighton on behalf of Love Hope and Strength, this fantastic charity does so much to help in the fight against cancer in the form of direct help both locally and internationally, being from Anglesey in North Wales it's great to know that money has gone directly to Alaw ward in Ysbyty Gwynedd as well as other projects.

Last year i took part in Snowdon Rocks and personally raised just over £600, I intend to take part again this year and possibly have a go at Ben Nevis Rocks as well

I'm currently training hard for this challenge and those of you that know me will also know that I'm no athlete and have a long way to go to be "match fit" with this in mind i will be doing some mini challenges on the way and hope to include my daughters in these in the form of bike rides etc
