President Ian Young, Treasurer Neil South, Ashley Maddock and Phil Hibbard of @HucknallRC are  participating in Fright Hike 2013 -The charity challenge walk that’s set to be a scream!

The Fright Hike is a challenging 30 km , yes 30 km or 18 miles, Halloween trek through the spookiest of wooded locations,  Sherwood Forest. The challenge is to complete the course within 6 hours...!!

Best known for the legend of Robin Hood, this world famous forest is also said to be the home to various spirits and legends, and houses Rufford Abbey - one of the most haunted places in England. With its medieval-era atmosphere, and crumbling haunted ruins of a monastery this location may run riot with my mind.  This will be one monster of a trek especially for an unfit and out of condition 40 something.
