Story
The blessed days of Hajj are soon to be upon us once more. It is during these days that Muslims from all over the world converge on Makkah and its surrounding areas to re-enact the story of one of the most blessed households in the history of the world, that of the Prophet Ibrahim (as).
Of the many sacrifices made by Ibrahim (as) throughout his life was leaving his wife Hajar and his infant son Ismail alone inthe empty barren desert of Makkah with not a living soul for miles and with nothing more than a bag full of dates, a waterskin and unfathomable trust in their Lord.
Those blessed enough to travel to Makkah this year will literally follow in the footsteps of Hajar when they perform the Sa’ee between Safa and Marwa. Yet, there are dozens of women in the UK who follow in those same footsteps every day of the year.
Donate now and help these mothers in the UK who are following in the footsteps of Hajar. These women and their children, often foreigners in a strange land and are all alone.
Help these forgotten women and their children by donating today.
