We provide respite and end of life care to make the most of short & precious lives

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I'm raising money to help fund the ongoing work done by Children's Hospice South West (CHSW). Children’s Hospice South West helps and supports children who are living with a life-limiting condition which sadly means that they are not expected to reach adulthood.  They are the only organisation in the South West to provide vital hospice care to these children and their families in a specialist hospice environment.  They offer palliative and emergency care, planned respite and end of life care, but there’s more to it than that. They provide a loving and caring place for every member of the family, mums, dads, grandparents and well siblings;  a special place where everyone can begin to forget their worries for a while, be a family again and find expert help and support in facing an uncertain future. They do not charge families to stay, and with only 16% government funding received, need to raise £2.7 million every year to fund their service at Charlton Farm.

My employer, Epoch Wealth Management has been supporting CHSW independently and I wanted to help continue this support.

Please donate whatever you can to help me reach my target for this amazing charity. I'm self funding the trip, so 100% of donations will go directly to CHSW.

If you want to find out more about either CHSW or how Epoch have been supporting them, please visit www.chsw.org.uk or www.epochwm.co.uk.
