MS is a terrible disease, which I've seen first hand, as my father battled with it for over 40 years.  So I want to do something to help, in order to raise awareness and vital funds.

I am, therefore, taking part in an Olympic Triathlon - which comprises a mile swim (1500m), followed by a 24 mile (40k) bike ride and finishes with a 6 mile (10k) run - which I'm hoping will take me about 4 hours - non stop!

The money raised will go to the local Solihull MS Branch.  One of the things it will be used for is providing physiotherapy for those people with MS.  So your money really can make a difference!

This will be the first time I've taken part in a triathlon of this size - it's much bigger than anything I've done before - and I've been training since January.  But the more challenging it is, then hopefully the more money I'll raise!  So please dig deep and give what you can for this very worthy cause, and help other people like my Dad.....
