During your lifetime there are many challenges that cross your path.  For me this will probably be the biggest challenge I will ever face, both physically and mentally.  A 600 mile cycling tour, taking us from Guernsey to Bilbao to Guernsey over an 8 day period.   The excitement is building along with a touch of fear, but they do say a little fear is a good thing.

To have the opportunity to join the tour, face and conquer this challenge and to be able to raise funds for such an amazing charity is wonderful.

A little background.....

On 6 April 2013 Sarah Groves was tragically murdered on a houseboat in Kashmir.  The devastation and grief caused by this inexplicable event has been indescribable.

Due to Sarah's insatiable love of life, together with her desire to make a change in the world, and her determination to help as many people as she could, the Sarah Groves Foundation has been set up in Guernsey as a Charitable Trust.  It will focus on Sarah's inspirations and aspirations, which came from art, children, adventure and fitness. This fund will continue Sarah's legacy, which is all about love, helping others and achieving ones dreams.
