I'm raising money for Birmingham Children's Hospital as part of Team Helen. I'm really unfit but am determined to train hard & complete 400m swim, 23K bike ride & 5K run for this worthwhile cause.                          I have been blessed with 2 very healthy children but know so many parents of children who have needed this amazing Hospital, so it's time for me to give something back.
