This is a Charity close to my heart, my Dad has been in a residential home for the last five years.  He is suffering from a form of dementia.  Dementia is caused by diseases of the brain and can affect anyone at anytime.  The Alzheimer's Society supports people with all types of dementia, their families and their carers.  Dementia is terminal and there is no cure.  Alzheimer's Society supports and funds research to find a cure for this horrid disease.
