On May 22nd I will be running the Manchester 10k for a great cause.

Booth Centre is based in Manchester city centre and they offer activities, advice and support the homeless we are
surrounded by every day. They provide support to enable people to find new homes, improve their health and increase their skills and confidence and integrate back into the community in Manchester.
