Story

Some women with polycystic ovary syndrome experience excessive hair growth. This means that to add to the worry of having poorly ovaries, they also have more body hair than usual.

I don't have PCOS, and the idea of having body hair scares me. I need to get over myself, coz lumpy ovaries are much scarier.

So, as an act of solidarity, to raise awareness, and to challenge the idea that to be feminine, a woman has to be body-hair-free, I am growing my Armpits 4 August.

I'll try to keep you updated on my experience, my thoughts, and my week on the beach in Spain with body hair.

Please donate to the cause if you can, and of course, don't forget to gift aid! (It's like free money, cool or what?)
