Story
I am aiming to walk Hadrian's Wall, in March 2011 - 84 miles in 6 days and it will take more energy and fitness than I have at the time of setting up this page! Training ahoy! If you know me, walking is on my list of "likes", but not on my list of "often happens." I'm out of condition, scared of big slopes that make me out of breath and hurt my knees and will be sleeping in a tent with Adele .....
So on March 31st until April 5th we will have a chance to muse over why Robin Hood had to go from Dover via Hadrian's Wall to get to Nottingham...while raising money for Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY), in memory of my beloved friend James Paterson who we lost to Sudden Adult Death Syndrome.
Please sponsor me....take a look at the CRY page - every week, 12 young people die of apparent undiagnosed heart conditions....
