I will be running a virtual 10k with my fellow teammates at Lidl Bridgend RDC on Sunday 28th June 2020.  I have only ever completed one 10k and this was a couple of months ago. At most I run once a week and aim for 5k. For me this will give me a goal and determination to complete the 10k for the charity I support.  I will post a screen shot from my running app upon completion of the 10k.  Thanks for your support.
