We support children with serious conditions to enjoy time together with their families

Story

I, along with some brave colleagues, am tackling the Three Peaks Challenge (three mountains in 24 hours, eek) to raise money for the wonderful charity Demelza Hospice Care for Children. They provide invaluable support for seriously ill babies, children, young people and their families, across East Sussex, Kent and South East London.

Any donation, big or small, would be hugely appreciated and will go towards supporting their fabulous work. Please see their story below.

Bringing up children and raising a healthy, happy family is hard work at the best of times. When a child is born with or develops a terminal condition, the emotional and physical impact affects the whole family and can be overwhelming. At Demelza, we focus on supporting each child, young person and family we work with to achieve the best possible life. As specialists in care for young people and family support, we will continue to use our outstanding knowledge, experience and expertise to help families enjoy their lives together.
