We support disadvantaged 11-30 year olds to get their lives on track.

Story

Giving to charity can become a bore, donations and people requesting donations are a regular occurrence nowadays, however the benefit comes from recognising the network and communities that have donated.

I have a firm belief that supporting others is an intrinsic yearning that everyone possesses, however todays pressure and stresses cloud that yearning. Everyone will offer their hand of help when they can relate to the cause.

As a member of the community in which I live, work and roam, I believe I must contribute in order to benefit - this is not an act of selfishness but an act to improve life for all.

I would like to see people organise their community and contribute to them.  This displays organisation, support, comradeship and recognition.

I would like to see people seek assistance from their community and to believe in the power of networks.  The very concept of networks is deep and often misunderstood.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

The Prince’s Trust supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to get their lives on track. Many of the young people we support are in or leaving care, have been in trouble with the law, or they are facing challenges such as homelessness or mental health issues.
